Teel Lidow
Founder & Shareholder
Teel has advised on over $7 billion in transactions since 2012, including venture financings (both company and investor side), public and private mergers and acquisitions, and more than 50 venture fund and syndicate formations. He has been a part of the Bay Area venture community since 2016 as a legal-tech founder (backed by First Round Capital and Founder Collective), angel investor, and lawyer.
