Founder & Shareholder

Teel has advised on over $6B in transactions since 2012, including venture financings (both company and investor side), public and private mergers and acquisitions, and over 40 venture fund and syndicate formations. He has been a part of the Bay Area venture community since 2016 as a legal-tech founder (backed by First Round Capital and Founder Collective), angel investor, and lawyer.

Shahrukh Khan
Associate

Shahrukh has advised on the formation of over 50 private funds and syndicates, with a focus on emerging managers and institutional LPs. His experience spans private equity, private credit, hedge, venture capital, secondaries, and co-investment structures. Before joining Lidow PC, he practiced in large international law firms and worked in-house at Blackstone. He also writes Cash and Carried, a weekly newsletter demystifying private investment fund mechanics.
